Performing the Jack knife on the hip with one leg:

  1. Lie flat on your side, keep your head and neck comfortable
  2. Keep your legs slightly flexed and place the hand of the upper arm near the ear
  3. Raise and bend the upper leg, perform a lateral flexion of the torso, lift the head and try to bring the elbow and the knee together
  4. Slowly, straighten your upper leg and bring your head back to the floor
  5. The angle of the leg always remains fixed.
Common mistakes in the JJack knife on the hip with one leg:
  • Bend your head to one side while performing lateral torso flexion.
