This home workout will allow you to have a perfect glute and reduce cellulite. Perform the exercises in a controlled manner. It is advisable to do some stretching exercises at the end of the workout.

  • 10 exercises (1 round)
  • 30 "work 10" break between exercises
  • From 40 "to 60" of rest between one round and the next
